Custom Orders

All custom orders are designed and made by me. Once you have contacted me about your order and your design is finalized, please allow 3-4 weeks for your piece to be shipped. Turnaround times are subject to change, please allow adequate time for your order to be completed. Rush orders are available at an additional $200.

All orders must be paid in full before starting. If paying via check, your order will not be started until your check is received. 

*Engagement Rings* - When ordering a custom engagement ring, 50% of the total price will be due when the order is placed. The remaining balance will be due once your ring is completed. No orders will be shipped until paid in full.

Return & Refund Policy- All sales including customs are final are not eligible for refunds. Pictures of custom orders are sent before shipment to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. If you receive your order and you need different sizing, please reach out and we can do our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping- All orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage and issued a tracking number. If you would like your order to be shipped using a different method, we are more than happy to accommodate. 

Please double check your address is correct, it is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. KT Silver Works is not responsible for lost packages.
